This lesson was created for a mixed ability year 8 PSHE class on the dangers of smoking in a 'healthy lifestyles' module for an appraisal lesson. It was rated good with outstanding features. Included is the lesson plan, powerpoint and two full worksheets - one for MA/HA students and the other for LA students.

This is an exciting lesson on male body image - specifically the condition known colloquially as 'bigorexia' or muscle dysmorphia. It also included a second lesson, or home-learning task consolidating knowledge gained on the topic. This went down very well in lesson, particularly with my handful of health and social care male students! It was originally created for my Health and Social Care students, but I have adapted it and used it for KS4 PSHE lessons too.
